Storyline
炸酱面的特点是面筋道爽滑、酱香浓郁。面之韧与酱之香完全融合在一起,在嘴唇之间,舌头上每一个味蕾被香味所包裹永不褪去,观之悦目,食之贴胃。

材料:
2包美极快熟面(鸡味)
2大匙 油
半顆 洋蔥: 切丁
3粒 大蒜: 切細碎
2根芫丝, 留一點配麵用。
1根红辣椒 (切条)
500克 鸡絞肉
1小匙 MAGGI® Seasoning
1小匙美极蚝油
1大匙美极黑酱油
1大匙 甜豆醬
幾枚冬菇切丁
幾枚蘑菇切丁
少許的水

做法
1. 熱鍋, 倒入油, 油熱了放洋蔥, 炒到變透明, 放入 (大蒜+蔥) 爆香。
2. 放入鸡絞肉炒散、炒香, 淋上醬油和蚝油, 放入冬菇, 蘑菇和辣椒炒香。
3. 放入甜麵醬, 炒香後加入幾湯匙的水和MAGGI® Seasoning, 待醬汁濃稠後熄火
4. 燙好美极麵, 乘干上碟
5. 淋上炸醬料, 撒上芫丝.

一碟香喷喷的客家美极炸酱面既可上桌!
