I had the idea of "enhancing" the MAGGI® Mee when I had mee soup one day, with my sister told me that we were gonna have Japanese food for lunch.

Since both are my favorite food - I tried to combine both ingredients into something new - Chinese mee soup base with Unagi on top - Hence the name "Oriental Goodness"

The Chinese mee soup base is halal and simple to prepare -
Stir-fried the eggs, pour in the water, vegetable and start cooking the soup.

Tianjin preserved vegetable (an integral ingredient for unique taste of Chinese soup)& Fish gravy were added for seasoning purpose.

While waiting for the soup to boil, I cooked the noodle separately and drain it when it's cooked.

Then, put the (drained) noodle into the plate
Lastly, I put the soup into the plate with unagi and spring onion on top as taste enhancer.

A good dinner for my family!

Ingredients I used:
-4x MAGGI® Mee Chicken Flavour (four persons)
-Unagi
-Eggs
-Vegetable
-Tianjin preserved vegetable
-Spring Onion
-Fish Gravy
