As a Sushi Chef , to come up with a special menu for my customers is always a big challenge. The sushi not only need to taste good, but must look very attractive as well. Sushi is a kind of art and presentation is very important.
Recently, I have created a special sushi: Cali MAGGI® Maki
This is a California roll which is a kind of sushi roll, usually made inside-out.
The ingredient are: Sushi Rice, Seaweed (Nori), Mayonnaise, Angle Beans, Fish Roe and MAGGI® Mee Tasty Lite Chicken Flavor. I specially love to use Tasty Lite because it has less fat thus more healthy. I also use MAGGI® Seasoning and MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock to prepare my special dipping sauce.
First, I cook the MAGGI® Mee with its chicken flavor, then dry it up and put aside. Then I prepare the California roll with angle bean and seaweed in side the rice. After which I roll the rice on fish roe.
Finally I use the MAGGI® Mee as the toppings and some mayonnaise. Yummy yummy, not only delicious but look beautiful
