- A citrus reamer or juicer works well. The sharp edges break the membranes to release the juices.
- Using a sturdy metal fork, squeeze the lime as you twist the fork around the inside of the halved lime.
- Take your lime and roll as you press it down on a hard counter before slicing them. This softens the flesh and makes it easier to be juiced.
- Placing your limes in the microwave on high for 15 seconds helps to soften the rind and flesh. This makes it easier for you to squeeze the limes.
