Chinese Fried Rice
Simply delicious fried rice, cooked with a generous mix of vegetables and ingredients, and is best served from the wok to your plate!
|3 tablespoons||Cooking oil|
|4 cloves||Garlic, pounded|
|100 g||Fresh prawns, cleaned|
|3 nos||Eggs, beaten|
|100 g||Long beans, sliced 1cm long|
|100 g||Carrots, cut into cubes|
|2 tablespoons||MAGGI Oyster Sauce|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® CukupRasaTM|
|2 teaspoons||White pepper|
- Heat wok with cooking oil, sauté garlic with fresh prawns.
- Add egg, cook until mixed well.
- Add long beans, carrots, rice, MAGGI® CukupRasaTM, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar and white pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
