2 tablespoons corn oil
3 cloves garlic, pounded
1 no onion, pounded
1 tablespoon dried anchovy, soak & soften
4 nos green bird eye chilli/ chilli padi, pounded
100 g chicken breast, sliced thinly
1½ teaspoon MAGGI CukupRasa
1 no egg, beaten
300 gram cooked rice
100 gram kangkung leaf, slice thinly
Fried anchovy


  1. In a wok, heat oil and stir fry pounded ingredients for 2 minutes.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir for 4 minutes or until combine.

  3. Stir in ingredient B, mix for 4 minutes or until well combine and cooked.

  4. Serve hot.
