20-Min Kampung Fried Rice

|2 tablespoons||corn oil|
|3 cloves||garlic, pounded|
|1 no||onion, pounded|
|1 tablespoon||dried anchovy, soak & soften|
|4 nos||green bird eye chilli/ chilli padi, pounded|
|100 g||chicken breast, sliced thinly|
|1½ teaspoon||MAGGI CukupRasa|
|1 no||egg, beaten|
|300 gram||cooked rice|
|100 gram||kangkung leaf, slice thinly|
In a wok, heat oil and stir fry pounded ingredients for 2 minutes.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir for 4 minutes or until combine.
Stir in ingredient B, mix for 4 minutes or until well combine and cooked.
