3-Step Black Pepper Chicken Burger
A burger marinated in and coated with a rich, bold black pepper sauce.
Good to Know
An ideal serving of protein packed dishes such as chicken breast, tofu or lean beef is equivalent to the size of the palm of your hand.
|For black pepper sauce:|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® Oyster Sauce|
|1 teaspoon||MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning|
|1 packet||MAGGI® Hari-Hari Favourites Black Pepper|
|1 teaspoon||corn flour|
In a pan, start preparing the sauce by stirring in MAGGI® Hari-Hari Favourites Black Pepper with water, oyster sauce and liquid seasoning.
- Once it starts to simmer, dilute the corn flour with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken it.
- Marinate chicken with ½ the sauce for 2 hours.
- Grill chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.
Assemble the burgers with the grilled chicken, lettuce, slices of tomato, cheese and slather on the reserved black pepper sauce.
