3-Step Maggi® Bandung
Craving for something spicy, sweet and sour? You must try this out!
|1 packet||MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari|
|1 tablespoon||cooking oil|
|10 g||shallots, chopped|
|2 cloves||garlic, chopped|
|10 g||tomato paste|
|20 g||bird’s eye chillies, smashed|
|5 g||red chillies|
|30 g||mustard leaves|
|30 g||fish cake|
|2 tablespoons||MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® Chilli Sauce|
|5 g||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
In a pot, pour in the cooking oil.
- When the oil is nice and hot, add in the shallots, garlic and tomato paste and sauté until fragrant.
- Then, add in 360 ml of water, the bird’s eye chillies, cabbage, red chillies, mustard leaves, fish cake and fish balls.
- Add in a packet of the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari. Bring it to a boil.
After a minute, add in the MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, egg and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
Allow it to cook for 1 minute.
When the noodles are cooked, pour it into a bowl and enjoy it to the very last slurp!
