1 packet MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 egg
3 prawns, peel and devein
For the sauce:  
½ tablespoon MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
¼ cup mustard greens (sawi)
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1 piece beancurd, fry and drain off excess oil
For Garnishing:  
1 calamansi (limau kasturi), halved


  1. In a pot, boil the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari (noodles only without the Tastemaker), drain and set it aside.

  2. Next, heat the corn oil in a wok.
  3. When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup and dark soy sauce. Stir thoroughly.
  4. When the eggs are cooked, add the noodles that was set aside earlier and the MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker. Also, add in the mustard greens, tomato and fried beancurd.
  5. Stir thoroughly to break down the eggs into small bits. Next, add the prawns and allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes.

  6. Now that your noodles is ready, serve on a plate and place the calamansi on the side. Enjoy!
