3-Step MAGGI® Goreng Mamak
Satisfy your late-night cravings with a plate of delicious homemade MAGGI® Goreng Mamak.
|1 packet||MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari|
|1 tablespoon||corn oil|
|3||prawns, peel and devein|
|For the sauce:|
|½ tablespoon||MAGGI® Chilli Sauce|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup|
|1 pack||MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker|
|1 teaspoon||dark soy sauce|
|¼ cup||mustard greens (sawi)|
|1||tomato, cut into wedges|
|1 piece||beancurd, fry and drain off excess oil|
|1||calamansi (limau kasturi), halved|
In a pot, boil the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari (noodles only without the Tastemaker), drain and set it aside.
- Next, heat the corn oil in a wok.
- When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup and dark soy sauce. Stir thoroughly.
- When the eggs are cooked, add the noodles that was set aside earlier and the MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker. Also, add in the mustard greens, tomato and fried beancurd.
Stir thoroughly to break down the eggs into small bits. Next, add the prawns and allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Now that your noodles is ready, serve on a plate and place the calamansi on the side. Enjoy!
