Abang's Favourite Aromatic Fried Chicken
Juicy chicken with an aromatic spices coating to tantalize tastebuds!
|250 g||Chicken breast meat, cut into cubes|
|250 g||Chicken whole thigh, cut into pieces|
|5 cloves||garlic, blended|
|3 nos||onion, blended|
|20 gram||ginger, blended|
|2 stalks||lemongrass, blended|
|10 g||galangal, blended|
|½ tsp||turmeric powder|
|2 tbsp||coriander powder|
|2 tsp||cumin powder|
|½ tsp||Fennel powder|
|2 stalks||curry leaf|
|1 ½ tbsp||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|Oil, for deep frying|
- In a bowl, mix chicken with Ingredients A and marinate overnight or for 1 hour.
