Ingredients

250 g Chicken breast meat, cut into cubes
250 g Chicken whole thigh, cut into pieces
A:  
5 cloves garlic, blended
3 nos onion, blended
20 gram ginger, blended
2 stalks lemongrass, blended
10 g galangal, blended
100 ml water
B:  
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp Fennel powder
2 stalks curry leaf
1 ½ tbsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
  Oil, for deep frying

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with Ingredients A and marinate overnight or for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil, deep fry chicken until golden brown.
