2cm | turmeric |
1 cm | ginger |
1 litre | water |
B: | |
3 pieces | dried tamarind slices |
2 stalks | lemon grass, bruised |
2 cm | galangal, thinly sliced |
10 | daun kesum leaves |
2 tablespoon | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
Preparation
- In a wok, add ingredients A that has been blended. Let it come to a boil.
- Add in sardines and ingredients B.
- Let the gravy simmer until the fish is cooked and ready to be served!
