Ingredients

½ cup corn oil
500 g chicken flesh, cut into small pieces
2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
A:  
1 onions, blended
2 tablespoon ginger, blended
4 cloves garlic blended
2 stalks lemongrass, blended
50 ml water
½ cup chilli paste
B:  
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
2 tablespoon MAGGI Chilli Sauce
3 tablespoon MAGGI Tomato Ketchup
100 ml water
C:  
4 red chilli, halved and cut into 4
100 g spring onion, cut into 5 cm pieces
2 onion, cut into wedges
1 tomato, cut into wedges

Preparation

  1. Marinate chicken in MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Heat oil and fry chicken. Set aside.
  2. In the same oil, saute ingredients A until fragrant and oil separates.
  3. Add ingredients B and chicken, combine ingredients well and allow chicken to cook thoroughly.
  4. Add ingredients C, stir and let it simmer until gravy thickens.
