1 pack spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1 tablespoons cumin powder
1 tablespoon cayenne powder
3 tablespoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
50 ml water
4 tablespoons cooking oil
2 whole Holland onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
300 gram beef, minced
1 whole carrot, diced
2 whole tomato, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 whole capsicum, diced
B (Cheese Sauce):  
½ cup butter
½ cup flour
3 cup fresh milk
¼ teaspoon cayenne powder  
½ teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 cup cheese, grated
C (To Sprinkle):  
1 cup cheese, grated


  1.  In the wok, heat up the oil and add the diced Holland onions, garlic and minced beef. Sauté for a while.
  2.  Add the diced carrots, tomato, celery, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder, cayenne powder, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and a little bit of water. Set aside.
  3. In a pot, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add in the milk, keep stirring and mix well. Then, add the remaining B ingredients.
  5. Preheat oven at 180ºc.
  6. Meanwhile, in a glass dish, spread the cheese sauce, arrange the cooked spaghetti, spoon over the cheese sauce, followed by the sautéed meat sauce. Repeat layers and finally, top it with cheese.
  7. Bake at 180ºc for 15 minutes till cheese are bubbly and heated through.
  8. Serve hot.

Tips: Alternatively, you can replace beef with chicken
