500 gram chicken breast, sliced
1 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
2 cloves garlic
50 gram basil
25 gram cashew nut
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
½ no lemon juice
1 no bird eye chili (Green)
1 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
50 gram parmesan cheese
250 gram Pasta
  French bean


  1. Marinate chicken and MAGGI CukupRasa, set aside.
  2. In a mortar or blender, blend all ingredient garlic, basil and cashew nut until smooth. Slowly pour in olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Add in bird eye chili to make the paste more spicy (optional on the spicy) and season with MAGGI CukupRasa and parmesan cheese to make the paste a bit thicker.
  4. Heat pan or griller, grill the marinate chicken until well done. Set aside to let the chicken rest before sliced the chicken.
  5. Boil pasta, drain and take 3 tbsp spoon of pasta water and mix with chicken and pesto.
  6. Serve with blanched broccoli and French bean.
