1 kg Cooked chicken breast, shredded
30 g Ginger, lightly pounded
2 litres Water
2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa™
A (Blended):  
100 ml Oil
20 g Ginger
4 pieces Red onions
10 cloves Garlic
60 g Dried chilies, soaked in hot water
6 sticks Lemongrass, sliced
24 g Coriander
24 g Fennel seed
24 g Coriander powder, coarsely blended 
4 pieces Kaffir lime leaves, torn
300 ml  Water
45 g Palm sugar
300 ml Coconut milk
45 ml  Tamarind juice
200 g Toasted desiccated coconut
36 g MAGGI® CukupRasa™



  1. Heat up water in a pot and boil the chicken with ginger and MAGGI® CukupRasa till cooked. Then strain the water out, shred the chicken and set aside.
  2. Sauté A ingredients until fragrant. Add B ingredients and let it boil.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken & mix well.
  4. Add in the kerisik and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Mix well until dry.
  5. Serve hot.
