Chicken Meatballs MAGGI® Noodles
This is a unique and exciting noodle dish to enjoy with delicious chicken meatballs packed with veggie too!
|2 tablespoons||Spring onions, sliced|
|2 tablespoons||Corn flour|
|1 teaspoon||MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning|
|4 packs||MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning|
|200g||Mustard leaves, sliced|
|4 packs||MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken|
- In a pot, add water and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, mixed minced chicken, carrots, mushroom, spring onion, corn flour and 1 teaspoon MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning. Mix well.
- Make chicken mixture into a ball, add piece by piece into boiling water.
- Add the balance of MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken seasoning, simmer for a bit until the chicken meatballs are cooked.
- Add mustard leaves, and MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken. Cook for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
- Serve with fried shallots and red chilies.
