Ingredients

1.2 liters Water
300g Minced chicken
60g Carrot, diced
50g Mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoons Spring onions, sliced
2 tablespoons Corn flour
1 teaspoon MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning
4 packs MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning
200g Mustard leaves, sliced
4 packs MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken
   
  Garnishing:
  Fried shallots
  Red chilies

Preparation

  1. In a pot, add water and bring to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, mixed minced chicken, carrots, mushroom, spring onion, corn flour and 1 teaspoon MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Make chicken mixture into a ball, add piece by piece into boiling water.
  4. Add the balance of MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken seasoning, simmer for a bit until the chicken meatballs are cooked.
  5. Add mustard leaves, and MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken. Cook for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
  6. Serve with fried shallots and red chilies.
