Ingredients

A:  
300g Chicken breast, cubed / diced
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
  Cooking oil, for deep frying
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
B:  
2 pieces Shallots, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 stalk Lemongrass, slightly smashed
60 g MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste
2 teaspoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
100 ml Water
   

Preparation

  1. Mix A ingredients well.
  2. Heat up cooking oil, deep fry the chicken pieces and set aside.
  3. Leave about 1 tablespoon of the remaining cooking oil and sauté B ingredients.
  4. Add in MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste, mix well and stir in MAGGI® Sos Tomato, chicken and water.
  5. Let it simmer for 1 minute and ready to serve.
  6. Serve it over a plate of Compressed rice.
