1 teaspoon Cooking oil
A:  
1/2 piece Onions, sliced
2 packs MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste
B:  
1/4 teaspoons Tamarind juice, dissolved
150 ml Water
2 teaspoon Sugar
4 pieces Eggs

 

Preparation

  1. Sautee A ingredients till fragrant.
  2. Add B ingredients, simmer for a while.
  3. Make a circle within the sambal mixture and crack the eggs into the sambal one by one.
  4. Cover it and let it cook in low heat.
