Enhance the flavour of your dish using natural herbs and condiments such as garlic, cumin, chilli pepper and lemon to cut down the sodium content.


200 g chicken breasts
1 onion
100 g green, red and yellow peppers
100 g avocado
1 lime
2 tablespoon light sour cream
¼ cup reduced fat Cheddar cheese
4 multigrain tortilla wraps
Marinade for chicken:  
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon crushed chilli pepper


  1. Mix marinade with chicken.
  2. Grill onions and peppers until soft and a little charred.
  3. Grill chicken for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Mash avocado and add a squeeze of lime to prevent it from turning brown.
  5. Heat tortilla wraps in a pan and then, spread sour cream and place chicken, mashed avocado and cheese over it.
  6. Roll up and repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
