Ingredients

500 g Chicken breast meat, cleaned and diced
2 tbsp Cooking oil
A: blended with 100ml water  
7 nos Shallots
5 cloves Garlic
3 cm Ginger
3 cm Turmeric
2 cm Galangal
2 stalks Lemongrass
B:  
4 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
4 pc Dried chillies, blended dry till fine
½ tbsp Coriander powder
½ tbsp Fennel seed powder
1 tsp Cumin powder

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix Ingredients A well.
  2.  Add Ingredients B and mix evenly.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a pot, heat oil and fry chicken till crispy.
  5. Serve hot.

Kitchen Tip: When blending, blend larger ingredients like onions first to prevent the blender from getting stuck.
