Fried Kangkung Belacan
This dish from the north might be so simple but the taste is so good that you can whip it up with just a bowl of rice alone!
Ingredients

1 tbsp | Corn oil |
A (Finely crushed) | |
3 nos | Shallots |
3 nos | Onions |
5 stalks | Bird’s eye chillies |
½ stalk | Red chillies |
½ stalk | Green chillies |
2 tsp | Belacan (shrimp paste) |
2 tablespoon | Anchovies, soaked |
B: | |
300 g | Kangkung |
1 tsp | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
½ stalk | Red chillies, sliced |
½ stalk | Green chillies, sliced |
Preparation
1. Pound ingredients A till finely crushed, and set aside.
2. Heat oil, stir fry ingredients A till fragrant.
3. Add ingredients B, stir till evenly mixed and cooked
