|2 tablespoons||Corn oil|
MAGGI® Kari Noodles (the noodles only need to be boiled for 2 minutes)
|A (thinly sliced):|
Red chillies, discard seeds
|200 g||Long beans|
|4||Eggs, beaten until thick & battered|
|1 pack||MAGGI® Kari Tastemaker|
MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste
- Mix the MAGGI® noodles with your A and B ingredients.
- In a frying pan, heat up the oil and pour in the mixture of ingredients with your egg batter.
- Fry the mixture on low heat for approx. 2 minutes, turn over and cook everything till it’s nice and crispy.
- Serve hot.
