Ingredients

2 tablespoons Corn oil
2 packs

MAGGI® Kari Noodles (the noodles only need to be boiled for 2 minutes)

   
A (thinly sliced):  
50 g Onion
20 g Garlic
10g

Red chillies, discard seeds

200 g Long beans
50 g Scallion
   
B:  
4 Eggs, beaten until thick & battered
1 pack MAGGI® Kari Tastemaker
1 pack

MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste

   

 

Preparation

  1. Mix the MAGGI® noodles with your A and B ingredients.
  2. In a frying pan, heat up the oil and pour in the mixture of ingredients with your egg batter.
  3. Fry the mixture on low heat for approx. 2 minutes, turn over and cook everything till it’s nice and crispy.
  4. Serve hot.
