Go To Chicken Bulgogi
Possibly the most popular Korean dish, it is surprisingly easy to make and wonderfully easy to please the whole family.
|450 g||chicken breast, cut into cubes|
|A (Chili Paste)|
|2 tbsp||chili powder|
|1 tbsp||chili flakes|
|1 tbsp||tauchu, pounded|
|1 inch||ginger, grated|
|1 cloves||garlic, grated|
|3 tbsp||MAGGI Oyster Sauce|
|1 tbsp||sesame seed|
|2 tbsp||sesame oil|
- In a bowl, mix chili paste sauce until well combined.
- Marinate chicken with chili paste for 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat pan, sear chicken 5 minutes at each side. Add in the remaining sauce and water.
- Cook until water reduce and gravy become sticky. Serve with your favorite salad.
