1 tablespoon Corn oil
2 nos Red onion, pounded
4 cloves Garlic, pounded
6 stalks Bird's eye chilies, pounded
3 stalks Green chilies, pounded
2 stalks Lemongrass, pounded lightly
250g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
3 packs MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning
4 packs MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken, boiled and drain under cold water
150g Kailan, sliced
  Spring onion
  Red chilies


  1. Boil MAGGI® Noodles for 1 minute and drain under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil, sauté red onions, garlic, bird’s eye chilies, green chilies and lemongrass. Sauté until aromatic.
  3. Add chicken, sauté until golden. Mix MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken seasoning, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken and kailan.
  4. Mix well. Serve with spring onions and red chilies.
