Green Sambal Fried MAGGI® Noodles
A rich combination of green chilies and bird’s eye chilies wrapped around this noodle dish… immediately tantalizes the taste buds.
|1 tablespoon||Corn oil|
|2 nos||Red onion, pounded|
|4 cloves||Garlic, pounded|
|6 stalks||Bird's eye chilies, pounded|
|3 stalks||Green chilies, pounded|
|2 stalks||Lemongrass, pounded lightly|
|250g||Chicken breast, cut into cubes|
|3 packs||MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken seasoning|
|4 packs||MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Chicken, boiled and drain under cold water|
- Boil MAGGI® Noodles for 1 minute and drain under cold water. Set aside.
- Heat oil, sauté red onions, garlic, bird’s eye chilies, green chilies and lemongrass. Sauté until aromatic.
- Add chicken, sauté until golden. Mix MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken seasoning, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken and kailan.
- Mix well. Serve with spring onions and red chilies.
