1 teaspoon Cooking oil
600 g (2pieces) Chicken thigh without bones
2 cloves Garlic, diced
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon Butter
1 big piece Holland onion, diced into cubes
2 cloves Garlic, diced
100 g Button mushroom, diced
1 tablespoon Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Flour
200 ml Nestle Just Milk low fat milk
3 teaspoons Homemade MAGGI® Chicken Stock
Additional preferences:  
300g Potato
250 g Broccoli
100 g Carrot


  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken thigh, garlic, black pepper, Italian herbs and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat up flat pan with 1 teaspoon cooking oil, fry the chicken thigh until golden brown and cook. Set aside.
  3. In a different wok, add butter, sauté the Holland onion and garlic until aromatic.
  4. Add button mushrooms and black pepper. Mix until somewhat withered, add flour and mix well.
  5. Add low fat milk and Homemade MAGGI® Chicken Stock.
