Grilled Prawn Tomyum Salad

|1 Cube||MAGGI® Tom Yam Stock Cube|
|1||cucumber, cut into ribbons|
|1||red onion, sliced thinly|
|1 Packet||cherry tomatoes|
|1/2 Cup||lime juice|
|3||bird’s eye chilli|
|1 Teaspoon||fish sauce|
|2 Teaspoons||palm sugar|
- Crumble the stock cube over the prawn and marinate the prawn with it.
- Next, prepare the dressing by mixing lime juice, sliced bird’s eye chilli, fish sauce and palm sugar together.
- Grill prawns for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
- Put the prawns, lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomatoes in a large salad bowl, drizzle with the dressing, toss gently and serve.
