150g prawns
1 Cube MAGGI® Tom Yam Stock Cube
1 Packet lettuce
1 cucumber, cut into ribbons
1 red onion, sliced thinly
1 Packet cherry tomatoes
1/2 Cup lime juice
3 bird’s eye chilli
1 Teaspoon fish sauce
2 Teaspoons palm sugar


  1. Crumble the stock cube over the prawn and marinate the prawn with it.
  2. Next, prepare the dressing by mixing lime juice, sliced bird’s eye chilli, fish sauce and palm sugar together.
  3. Grill prawns for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
  4. Put the prawns, lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomatoes in a large salad bowl, drizzle with the dressing, toss gently and serve.
