|300 g||spinach, washed|
|3 tablespoons||cooking oil|
|3||red onions, minced|
|3 cloves||garlic, minced|
|2||red chillies, sliced thinly|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|½ teaspoon||white pepper powder|
Wash spinach well, discarding coarse stems, and drain in a colander.
- Heat your favorite oil in a large sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. When the heat is just right, add in the red onions, garlic and red chillies and sauté until fragrant.
- Next, increase the heat to medium-high and place the spinach into the pan.
- And then, add in the MAGGI® CukupRasa™, white pepper powder and water.
Since spinach releases a lot of water when it cooks, continue stirring and cooking the spinach until the liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes.
Serve your quick and easy vegetable dish while it’s still hot.
