1 cube MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube
1 yellow onion, cut into wedges
50 g sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes
200 g lean beef, cut into 2-inch cubes
5 pieces dried tamarind
1 tomato, cut into wedges
50 g baby corn, sliced
1 red chilli
50 g white radish, cut thinly into 3cm lengths
50 g long beans, cut into 3 cm lengths
50 g green beans, cut into 3 cm lengths
50 g mustard leaves, coarsely chopped


  1. In a pot, add in the MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube, yellow onion, sweet potatoes, meat and tamarind skins and boil everything for 15 minutes.

  2. Once the meat is tender, add in the tomato, baby corn, red chilli, white radish, long beans, green beans and mustard leaves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. When the soup is ready, serve it up to your loved ones with rice or some crusty bread. It’s sure to warm their stomachs and definitely their hearts.
