Kailan With Grilled Prawn
Two flavours that complement one another so well, the sweet tasting prawns with kalian is a must taste!
|250 gram||prawn, deveined and peeled|
|4 nos||bird eye chili|
|1 bunch||coriander root|
|4 tbsp||fish sauce|
|1 tsp||MAGGI CukupRasa|
|1 whole||lime juice|
|1 tbsp||honey/brown sugar|
|350 gram (1 pack)||Kailan, clean and sliced|
|100 gram||carrot, shredded|
- In a mortar, pound all ingredient A until well mix.
- In a small bowl, 3 tbsp sauce with prawn.
- Heat pan or griller, grill the marinate prawn until well done.
- Mix kailan and carrot with the remaining sauce and top with hot grill prawn.
