Ingredients

A  
8-10 nos bird’s eye chili, crushed
4 nos red onion, crushed
1 ½ tbps palm sauce
¼ cup lime juice
3 tbps fish sauce
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam seasonings
50 g squid, boiled and cut 1cm thick
50 g prawn, deveined & boiled

1 nos red onion, sliced
1 nos lime, sliced
1 nos lemongrass, sliced
½ nos torch ginger, sliced
3 nos tomato, seeded & sliced thinly
50 g round cabbage, sliced thinly
50 g cucumber, sliced into long pieces
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam, boiled & tossed (cooked for 1 minute)
30 g cilantro, sliced

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix in all of ingredients A.
  2. Add in ingredients B, mix until well combined and sprinkle in the cilantro.
  3. Serve.
