KELANTAN KERABU SEAFOOD FRIED MAGGI® MEE
Almost like a seafood salad, this dish from the East Coast has all the flavours in it –sour, sweet and spicy!
|8-10 nos||bird’s eye chili, crushed|
|4 nos||red onion, crushed|
|1 ½ tbps||palm sauce|
|¼ cup||lime juice|
|3 tbps||fish sauce|
|1 pack||MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam seasonings|
|50 g||squid, boiled and cut 1cm thick|
|50 g||prawn, deveined & boiled|
|1 nos||red onion, sliced|
|1 nos||lime, sliced|
|1 nos||lemongrass, sliced|
|½ nos||torch ginger, sliced|
|3 nos||tomato, seeded & sliced thinly|
|50 g||round cabbage, sliced thinly|
|50 g||cucumber, sliced into long pieces|
|1 pack||MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam, boiled & tossed (cooked for 1 minute)|
|30 g||cilantro, sliced|
- In a bowl, mix in all of ingredients A.
- Add in ingredients B, mix until well combined and sprinkle in the cilantro.
