3 stalks Bird's eye chilies, pounded
4nos Red onion, sliced
4 tablespoons Kaffir lime juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 root Coriander, pounded
4 packs MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam seasoning
100g Chicken, boiled and shredded
1nos Kaffir lime, sliced
1 stalk Lemongrass, sliced
½ stalk Ginger flower, sliced
2nos Tomatoes, seeds removed & thinly sliced
100g Round cabbage, thinly sliced
100g Cucumber, cut into long pieces
4 packs MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam, boiled & tossed (cooked for 1 minute)
30g Coriander, sliced


  1. In a bowl, mix bird’s eye chilies, red onions, kaffir lime juice, sugar, coriander root, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam seasoning, chicken, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass.
  2. Add ginger flower, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumber and MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Tom Yam.
  3. Mix well, then add coriander leaves.
