500 g Chicken thigh meat, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Corn oil
A: (Pounded)  
4 nos Shallots
5 cloves Garlic
3 pcs Red chillies
4 pcs Red bird’s eye chillies
4 stalks Lemongrass, crushed
4 pcs Kaffir lime leaves
2 tsp Sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Fish sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar


1. In a bowl, mix chicken and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.


2. Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients.


3. Heat oil and fry chicken till partially cooked. Set aside.


4. Using the same oil, stir fry Ingredients A till the oil separates.


5. Add chicken and Ingredients B, stir evenly.


6. Serve hot.


Kitchen Tip: To organize timing, pre-cook the aromatics and store in a tight container to easily use.
