1 packet MAGGI2minit® Kari, pre-blanched & tossed without seasoning
1 tbsp Corn oil
1 tbsp Red onion, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
50 g Squid, thickly sliced
50 g Prawns, cut in half
300 ml Water
1 ½ pack MAGGI® Kari Seasoning
1 tbsp Corn flour
50 g Mustard leaves (sawi), sliced
1 pc Egg, beaten


  1. Stir fry ingredients A till fragrant.
  2. Add ingredients B and stir evenly, cook till gravy changes colour.
  3. Bring to a boil, then pour the egg slowly into the gravy.
  4. Turn off the fire and let it sit, stir it a little before serving.
  5. Pour gravy over boiled MAGGI® noodles. Serve.

Kitchen Tip: You can also replace mustard leaves with cabbage, cauliflower, and carrots.
