Good to Know

To keep the noodles springy, put them into an ice bath once removing from hot water. This will prevent overcooking.

Ingredients

 

A:  
2 tsp Corn oil
1 tbsp Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
100 g Chicken meat, sliced
50 g Carrots, sliced
50 g Kailan, sliced
2 pcs Oyster king mushroom, sliced
3 pcs Bird’s eye chillies, sliced (optional)
B:  
250 ml Water
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken

Preparation

1. Stir fry Ingredients A till fragrant.

 

2. Add Ingredients B, stir well. Stir in Ingredient C.

 

3. Serve.
