400 g lean minced beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables, rinsed and tossed
1 egg
4 slices wholemeal bread
½ cup MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
2 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
  salt and pepper to taste
For the Glaze:  
¼ cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 cups green beans, cooked


  1. Blend bread, garlic and onion.
  2. Mix with mixed vegetables, minced meat, egg, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, paprika, mustard and tomato sauce.
  3. Press into a loaf pan and bake at 200℃ for 40 minutes.
  4. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and brush over meatloaf before slicing it. Ladle a heaping spoonful of green beans beside the meatloaf and serve.
