There can only be a few dishes that are more comforting than the good ol’ meatloaf!

Master low-fat cooking methods such as microwaving, grilling, toasting or baking and you’ll be pleased to know that these methods produce meals that are low in fat because they require little or no oil but it also brings out the taste in foods.
|400 g||lean minced beef|
|2 cloves||garlic, minced|
|1 cup||mixed vegetables, rinsed and tossed|
|4 slices||wholemeal bread|
|½ cup||MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup|
|1 teaspoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|For the Glaze:|
|¼ cup||tomato sauce|
|1 teaspoon||brown sugar|
|2 cups||green beans, cooked|
- Blend bread, garlic and onion.
- Mix with mixed vegetables, minced meat, egg, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, paprika, mustard and tomato sauce.
- Press into a loaf pan and bake at 200℃ for 40 minutes.
- Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and brush over meatloaf before slicing it. Ladle a heaping spoonful of green beans beside the meatloaf and serve.
