Mee Goreng Under 30 Minutes
Just a couple of ingredients and a few easy steps is all it takes to prepare this easy and delicious mee goreng!
Good to Know
Make sure to wash noodles thoroughly in cold water to remove any remaining lye.
|2 tablespoons||corn oil|
|2 cloves||garlic, chopped|
|2 tablespoons||chilli paste|
|50 g||shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|50 g||squid, cleaned and sliced into rings|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® Chilli Sauce|
|2 tablespoons||MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup|
|2 teaspoons||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|1 teaspoon||dark soy sauce|
|1 pack||yellow noodles, washed and drained|
|100 g||bean sprouts, washed and rinsed|
|100 g||mustard leaves (sawi), cleaned and sliced|
|red chilli, sliced|
|calamansi lime (limau kasturi), cut into half|
1. Heat wok. Stir fry ingredients A for 2 minutes.
2. Combine ingredients B and pour into the wok. Stir well.
3. Add in noodles, bean sprouts and mustard leaves. Stir for 3 minutes until well combined.
4. Add garnishing and serve hot.
