500 g Chicken breast, chopped
3 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
½ tsp White pepper
  Corn oil, for frying
200 g Nestum®
½ cup Wheat flour
1 ½ cup Corn flour
1 tsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
4 pcs Eggs, beaten
2 tbsp Butter
2 stalks Red bird’s eye chillies, sliced
2 stems Curry leaves
1 tbsp Nestum®


1. In a bowl, mix chicken, white pepper, and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce (Marinate 30 mins)


2. Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare next ingredients. Heat oil. Separate Nestum®, eggs, and wheat and corn flour, then mix into bowl.


3. Dip marinated chicken into egg, flour, and Nestum® mix. Fry over low heat to avoid Nestum® from burning. Repeat with all pieces of chicken.


4. In a separate pan, heat butter and stir fry ingredients B till fragrant then add chicken, stir briefly then sprinkle Nestum®. Turn off heat and serve hot.


Kitchen Tips: Add a little butter to make it even tastier.
