Ingredients

3 tbsp Cooking Oil
A:  
1 pc Red onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
200 g Chicken breast, diced
B:  
2 tbsp MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
100 g Mixed veggie
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
2 tsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
50 ml Water
C:  
1 tsp Oil
4 pc Eggs

Preparation

1. Heat oil, stir fry ingredients A till fragrant.

 

2. Add in ingredients B, stir evenly and simmer briefly over medium heat.

 

3. Set chicken gravy aside. Heat flat pan with a little oil, spread evenly.

 

4. Add in eggs, spreading evenly over medium heat to avoid from burning.

 

5. Place egg on a flat plate.

 

6. Pour chicken gravy over eggs generously. Wrap evenly, then flip it back onto a plate.

 

7. Serve with hot rice.

 

Kitchen Tips: Cook a thicker omelette to prevent from breaking apart when wrapping.
