Quick Kelantanese Net Crepe (Roti Jala)
The golden threads of Kelantan, the roti jala is best served with kuzi ayam, yet another Kelantanese favourite!
|1 tbsp||corn oil|
|Roti Jala Batter:|
|1 tsp||MAGGI CukupRasa|
|1 cup||Evaporated milk|
|2 tsp||Turmeric powder|
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well mix.
2. Heat flat pan, pour a little bit of oil.
3. Fill bottle with batter and pour it on to the pan.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes and put on a flat plate to fold the roti jala.
