Ingredients

1 tablespoon Cooking oil
A:  
1/2 piece Red onion, sliced
2 packets MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste
200 g Anchovies, cleaned and soaked for 10 minutes (drained)
B:  
1/4 teaspoon Lime juice
100 ml Water
2 teaspoons Sugar

Preparation

  1. Saute Ingredients A until fragrant, add anchovies and mix well.
  2. Add Ingredients B, simmer until anchovies are cooked. Ready to serve.
