Quick Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese
Here’s our version of the classic Italian dish.
|1 packet||MAGGI® Hari-Hari Favourites Spaghetti Bolognaise Sauce Mix|
|100 g||minced chicken|
|30 g||onion, chopped|
|30 g||garlic, chopped|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Start cooking the spaghetti according to the package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, warm 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant for about 1 minute.
- Next, add in the minced chicken. Stir well and allow it to cook thoroughly.
- Then, in goes the MAGGI® Hari-Hari Favourites Spaghetti Bolognaise Sauce Mix along with 300 ml of water.
Bring the mixture to a boil. When it starts bubbling away, add in the blended tomatoes, and a tablespoon of MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Allow it to simmer and slightly thicken.
When the spaghetti is al dente, drain and place it into a deep dish.
Use tongs to toss the spaghetti, add 2 tablespoons of oil, and toss again.
When the sauce is ready, pour a ladle full all over the spaghetti. Enjoy!
