Ingredients

1 (2 kg) duck, cut into small pieces and fat removed
A: (Blended)  
15 stalks dried chilli, soaked to soften and drained
3 cloves garlic
2 onion
1 inch turmeric
1 inch galangal
2 inch ginger
5 stalks lemongrass
4 bird’s eye chilli
3 tablespoon coriander powder
2 tablespoon cumin powder
B:  
1 tablespoon gula melaka
5 tablespoon MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
300 g Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt
3 tablespoon fried coconut paste (kerisik)
2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
3 turmeric leaves, sliced thinly

Preparation

  1. In a wok, add duck and blended ingredients. Allow it to cook for an hour on low heat.
  2. Add ingredients B and stir thoroughly on low heat.
  3. Cook until gravy turns dry.
