8 dried chilli, soaked in water and drained
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon belacan
4 tablespoons corn oil
2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa™
500 g Nasi Lemak Rice


1. Blend ingredients A in a blender.


2. In a pan, stir fry ingredients A and B until oil separates.


3. Add in ingredient C into the pan and stir thoroughly.


HACK: Got left over sambal? Just add in! Since it already has oil in it, you will consume less oil in this dish.
