Salted Fish Fried Rice

|2 tablespoon||corn oil|
|3 cloves||garlic, pounded|
|2 teaspoon||salted fish, dried and thinly sliced|
|4||red/green bird’s eye chilli, pounded|
|100 g||chicken breast, cut into 1x1 inch cubes|
|100 g||kailan, sliced|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
- Pound garlic and bird’s eye chilli together.
- Heat oil and stir-fry ingredients A.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add salted fish, followed by rice and kalian. Stir thoroughly.
- Sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and stir for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!
