500 gram Chicken, cut into pieces
1 tsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
½ tsp Turmeric powder
  Corn oil, for deep frying
1/4 cup Corn oil
A: (blended)  
20 pieces Dried chili, soaked and blend
2 large Onion, blended
2 inchs Ginger
4 tbsps Water
100 ml Water
2 tbsps Dark soy sauce
4 tbsps Sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™


1. Heat wok, deep fry chicken. Set aside.


2. Heat pan, pour oil and stir fry ingredient A until oil separated.


3. Add in ingredient B and stir fry sambal until a bit thick and oil separated.


4. Add in chicken and stir fry at least for 10 minutes with medium heat.


5. Serve while it hot.
