Sambal Chicken In Soy Sauce
Be rewarded with a lip-smacking meal by preparing this deliciously sweet and spicy, semi-dry dish that is popular in the southern region.
|500 gram||chicken, cut into pieces|
|1 tsp||MAGGI CukupRasa|
|½ tsp||turmeric powder|
|Corn oil, for deep frying|
|1/4 cup||corn oil|
|20 pieces||dried chili, soaked and blend|
|2 large||onion, blended|
|2 tbsps||dark soy sauce|
|4 tbsps||sweet soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||MAGGI CukupRasa|
1. Heat wok, deep fry chicken. Set aside.
2. Heat pan, pour oil and stir fry ingredient A until oil separated.
3. Add in ingredient B and stir fry sambal until a bit thick and oil separated.
4. Add in chicken and stir fry at least for 10 minutes with medium heat.
5. Serve while it hot.
