200 g Prawns, cleaned
100 ml Water
2 teaspoons Tamarind juice
2 teaspoons Sugar


  1. Sautee A ingredients until fragrant, add in the prawns and mix well.
  2. Add in B ingredients, simmer till the prawns are cooked for about 3 minutes. Ready to serve.
