500 gram Mackarel Tuna(Ikan Tongkol), clean and sliced
½ tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ cup corn oil
A: (chopped)  
4 cloves garlic
2 nos shallots
3 nos red chili
2 nos green chili
5 nos bird eye chili
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
½ cup water
3 tbsp MAGGI Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp MAGGI CukupRasa


1.    Heat oil, fry mackerel fish until golden brown.


2.    Using the same oil, add in ingredients A, stir fry until fragrant.


3.    Add in water and MAGGI Tomato sauce. Stir until slightly thick.


4.    Add in MAGGI CukupRasa, and fried fish. Mix well.
