Seafood Fried Rice
A spicy rice dish, combined with the sweetness of seafood makes this a truly appetizing meal!
|500 gram||cooked rice|
|2 tbsp||corn oil|
|2 nos||shallots, pounded|
|4 cloves||garlic, pounded|
|6 pieces||bird eye chilies, pounded|
|1 tbsp||anchovies, soaked and pounded|
|50 gram||prawn, cleaned|
|50 gram||squid, cleaned and sliced|
|100 gram||carrot, shredded|
|10 pieces||sweet peas|
|3 stick||crab stick, sliced 2 cm long|
|2 pieces||king oyster mushroom, sliced small size|
|1 tbsp||MAGGI® CukupRasa|
1. In a wok, stir fry ingredient A until fragrant.
2. Add in ingredient B. Stir well until cooked.
3. In a wok, pour in the rice and stir well.
4. Once cooked, serve in a plate while still hot.
