Silk Tofu with Oyster Sauce and Crispy Dried Shrimps
Savour the taste of this silken tofu covered in spicy, sweet oyster sauce that’s sure to fuel your appetite!
|1 nos||Silk tofu|
|1 tbps||Dried Shrimps|
|1 tbps||Fried Shallots|
|1 tbsp||MAGGI® Oyster Sauce|
|½ tbsp||Soy Sauce|
|1 tbsp||Shallot Oil|
|1 sprig||Spring Onion (sliced thin)|
|1 nos||Red Chili (fine diced)|
|a pinch||White pepper|
- Steam the tofu for 8-10mins.
- Fry up the dried shrimps till crispy and set aside.
- Combine the shallot oil, shrimp oil, soy sauce and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce together with the red chili.
- Drain access water from the tofu, pour the sauce over and garnish with the spring onion.
