Soy Sauce Chicken
There’s a little sweetness, a little spice and a whole lot of great tasting flavours in this chicken dish from East Malaysia.
Ingredients
500 g | chicken breast, diced |
1 teaspoon | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
2 | potato, cut into wedges |
½ cup | cooking oil |
A: | |
2 stalks | curry leaves |
4 cloves | garlic, blended |
1 inch | ginger, blended |
2 | onions, blended |
50 ml | water |
3 tablespoon | curry powder |
B: | |
2 teaspoon | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
2 teaspoon | dark soy sauce |
3 tablespoon | sweet soy sauce |
1 | tomato, cut into wedges |
¼ cup | water |
Preparation
- Marinate chicken in MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
- Heat oil and fry chicken and potatoes. Set aside.
- Using the same oil, sauté ingredients A until oil separates.
- Add ingredients B and stir thoroughly. Add in chicken and potatoes.
- Let it simmer until the gravy is absorbed.
